When I went to discuss the Richardson location Fish City Grill with Gje Greene-Wallace, head of the Marketing Department, she showed me how eating at a Fish City Grill can be a restaurant where a customer can order the same delicious dish or have a new experience every time. On the set menu, the restaurant provides well-seasoned and downright scrumptious dishes like Serafin’s Fish Tacos, Fish and Chips, or Honey Chipotle Shrimp Tacos. Diners who are looking for a safe bet for a tasty plate, these three options won’t disappoint.
But for the adventurous eater, the Richardson location has an oyster bar and a creative chalkboard to satisfy your inner explorer. The highest quality oysters can be served raw all year due to the care they take to ensure they stay at the proper temperature from sea to plate. Ordering different types of oysters like Bluepoint from New Jersey or Duxbury from Massachusetts, you can become an expert and enjoy each oyster like a fine wine.
